Serving the Washington DC/Baltimore corridor, The Shed is the DMV’s only 24/7 multi-studio rehearsal facility. With unlimited rehearsal time and equipment included in every booking, we are designed to give artists the space, resources, and time to create, collaborate, learn, teach, and grow.

We are a 24/7 facility with unlimited rehearsal time. You can book as often as you want and rehearse as much as you want.
